There's a reason why The Restoration Company’s finished projects last so long. We've had plenty of practice. Over sixteen years worth, to be exact. It all started in 1991, when Bill Nieder, Bay Area native started the company. He planned to enhance fine properties of discerning clients but ended up performing complete home care services from interior and exterior painting to waterproofing projects.

Today the company continues to practice solid preparation and finish coat application techniques. Mr. Nieder’s expertise as a flight-deck coating installer on Navy aircraft carriers fills the need of Bay Area homeowners and general building contractors to protect properties from water penetration.
